CBD Shop – Hash CBD
To allow you to enjoy your order without waiting, the CBD shop Hash CBD makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible! We commit to deliver our products within 2 to 7 days after the confirmation of payment for a delivery in France. For delivery in the EU or Switzerland, Hash CBD is committed to deliver within 7 days to two weeks.
CBD products ordered on the Hash CBD shop are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
Delivery times are expressed in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in shipment, you will receive an e-mail informing you of any consequences for the delivery time indicated.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you may cancel the order in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If the delivery is made by a carrier, the Hash CBD shop cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to the customer’s unavailability after several proposed appointments.
Delivery by Colissimo (La Poste)
After placing your order on our website you will receive an email announcing the shipment of the package.
For delivery with Colissimo in France, the order will be delivered against a signature. In case of absence, it will be deposited in the nearest post office.
For the E.U. and Switzerland, the transport is done in accordance with the agreements of La Poste with their service providers in the country. Your parcel will be delivered to you against a signature.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the quantity and weight of the CBD products ordered. They are based on the following prices:
For Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco:
from 0 to 20 g: 1,50€.
from 20g to 100g: 2,25€.
from 20g to 250g: 3.85€.
from 250g to 0.5 kg: 5,10€.
from 0.5 to 0.75 kg: 5,90€.
from 0.5 to 1 kg : 6,50
from 1 kg to 2 kg : 7,50
from 2,1 kg to 5 kg: 11,90€.
For the EU zone and Switzerland
from 0 to 1 kg: 14,85€.
from 1 kg to 2 kg: 16,50€.
from 2,1 kg to 5 kg: 21,20
Express home delivery in Toulon and other towns in the Var 83
The Hash CBD shop offers express home delivery every day from 9am to 7pm (7 days a week). Once your order is placed, a Hash CBD advisor will contact you to propose delivery times. Our goal is to deliver your CBD to your home in less than 30 minutes. Free home delivery for orders over 49€.
Express CBD home delivery in the following cities: Toulon, La Garde, Le Pradet, La Valette-du-Var, La Farlède, La Crau, Cuers, Sollies-Pont, Belgentier …

Problems upon receipt of the order
The buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered upon receipt.
Any claim for non-conformity of the products delivered must be notified by the buyer within 72 hours of receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. This letter must be addressed to the carrier whose address will appear on the delivery note as well as to the customer service of the Hash CBD shop. Any complaint on the apparent defects of the delivered products must be notified by the purchaser within 8 days following their reception by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Customer Service of our company or by an e-mail to the following address: contact@hash-cbd.fr
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the Hash CBD shop with any justification for their complaint.
In the absence of a complaint made within the time limits indicated above, the products will be considered as being in conformity and accepted by the buyer. No reimbursement will then be made.
