ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
6.1 – Delivery methods:
Delivery by registered mail or Colissimo with signature (France): Delivery time 2 to 3 days after shipment
In-store delivery: Pick up your parcel at the TLB SAS shop – Address: Bât D – 10 Rue Antoine Tomasini 83130 La Garde France. Collection is possible during the shop’s opening hours, from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm. You will be given the complete contact details in the e-mail you receive when you confirm your order. Delivery time: 4 to 5 working days.
6.2 – The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. “www.hash-cbd.fr” cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not of its making.
6.3 – The Customer is informed of the departure of his order by the sending of an e-mail summarising the products sent and informing him of the tracking number enabling him to connect to the carrier’s website to find out the progress of his delivery.
